His manual includes chapters on website building, Adwords, Adsense, pay-per-click, emails, wholesale shipping, SEO, eBay, and other topics. (The updated Rich Jerk Evolution, just out in 2007, adds explanations of MySpace and Squidoo.) Just the sheer volume of topics should warn you that the coverage will not be in-depth.
